The first step in creating the maze was designing it in inventor. Some key ideas to remember with this is to cut out your paths not extrude them outwards and keep it to the required dimensions. You can either copy a maze from the internet or you can freehand it, which is what I did. It makes it easier in my opinion because you are creating it and you don't have to stick to requirements. The second step is setting it up in Fusion 360 to get it ready for routing. It's not that hard to set up, you just have to enter a lot of things. The third step is actually going down to the router to route it. Once you've done that you need to then laser engrave your name on it, be sure to change certain settings to the requirements for foam. Then you are finished with it.
I learned how to use the Router and Fusion 360. This was my first time using the program Fusion 360. It was very easy to learn. I didn't run into any problems so I assume that I got it and learned everything I need to know about it. This was the first time I have used the Router and I learned how to use. It's going to really help me in the future because I'm going to know how to use more machines without help.
